great visualizer for iOS background music

I tried searching for apps that simulate a winamp/iTunes style visualizer that displays ambient visuals in accordance with the music playback, but unfortunately it doesnt seem possible because if an app is "listening" to ambient noise, it cannot have background music playing.

In place of such an app or feature, Im using this app to serve as a audio visualizer with its elegant graphics and animations while my iPhone is docked in my car. Its great for night time driving in-cabin ambience!
